2. I have noted in particular that the payment terms I have requested are subject to credit checks and if accepted payment will be from the number of days from date of invoice.
3. I authorise our bank to give business reference details if requested and understand that credit checks and enquiries maybe made with external companies and organisations for the purpose of assessing credit worthiness.
