If you haven’t received your product key/token our fraud prevention system is waiting for a human operator to approve your order.
For physical items (boxes, USB’s, etc.), your order will be sent via Royal Mail 24 or Special Delivery.
Delivery is made during weekdays, orders before 4:00pm are sent same day. Orders made after 4:00pm are sent next day.
