WITH the cost-of-living crisis putting a strain on many households up and down the country, more and more people are turning to side hustles to bring in income for their families.
One woman, Sharon Tseung, revealed how she has made six figures, without having a full-time job.
The savvy side hustler has a whopping 529.2k followers and 2.5million likes on TikTok and regularly shares videos helping and advising others to become financially free. 
Thanks to investing and side hustles, Sharon made £896,845, by the time she was just 30-years-old. 
So if you are fed up with your dull 9-5 and want to give something new a try, Sharon has some tips and tricks for you. 
In one video, Sharon explored three ways to make passive income, with £0 to low investment.
She said: “A lot of people think you need to have money to make money – let me share ways to create passive income with zero to low capital.
“I use these methods for my own side hustles to create passive income streams.
“Number one, you can sell digital downloads on Etsy. 
“Check out some of the money I made on here – $27,188.13.
“I sell Photoshop and Microsoft Word templates, it’s super easy and most of the revenue is profit because it’s a digital product.
“Number two, Merch by Amazon.

“With Merch by Amazon you can upload shirt designs and Amazon will print and fulfil your orders for you, every time someone purchases a shirt from one of your listings. 
“Number three, you can try blogging or YouTube.
“With these methods, it might take longer to monetize, but you can make money through ads, sponsorships, products, books, courses, membership sites, there’s so many different ways to make money”. 

In one video, Sharon revealed how she hit $1million net worth by 30.
She said: “Invested in real estate (32 units) and stocks, ETFs, index funds, crypto. 
“Started side hustles: YouTube, blog, Etsy, Merch by Amazon, YouTube, Amazon FBA.
“Jumped jobs and took multiple part-time positions at the same time.
“Reduced large living expenses”. 
TikTok users were impressed with Sharon’s wealth and advice and were quick to reflect this in the comments.
