I was now a hindrance to them, that was very clear from the tone of their speech over the telephone. Now I find myself obligated to change the original trustpilot score, having subsequently received the product key, in order to be left in peace even if I do have questions, I’m inclined not to want to ask them. Hence I am editing my feedback, from 1 star.I get it, they care and want their customers to be happy. And that is commendable. I wish more businesses were of this mindset.
